Project Manager - Closing Date: 10-7-08

Requirements:

* Team Leader to one of the largest construction projects in the area and be directly responsible for:

o Design and detail for building construction, electrical & mechanical installations
o Provide site management and quality control analysis insuring that specification are maintained and controlled
o Preparation of the bill of quantity (RAB)
o Promote safety in standard operating procedures and a safe working environment for the new installation
o Assistance with administration and coordination of contracts
o Interface with contractors and vendors on the project, including solicitation of quotes, selection, and field direction while partnering with engineering consultants
o Review and approve supplier drawings, engineering and structural drawings
o Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company's sustainable development objectives
